Job Readiness Fairs

Semi-annual community expo of partner organizations that provide adult literacy, GED prep, job preparedness, vocational training and job placement services.

Job Clubs

Loosely structured, informal gatherings of job seekers, students, instructors and mentors/coaches to share experiences, tips, insights, discoveries, disappointments and encouragements.

One-on-One Mentoring

Each client is paired with a mentor/coach to help formulate an appropriate plan of action, assist in navigating the requirements and bureaucracy of various organizations and provide ongoing support, encouragement and prayer.
